Senior Account Manager

Omar Molina has been working for more than 12 years in the fields of marketing, branding, communications, product launch, event planning, budgeting and forecasting. He is responsible for developing effective strategies for reaching target populations on behalf of clients, developing plans and strategic partnerships with distributors, corporations, government agencies, non-profit and community organizations.

He develops and manages the implementation of communications strategies for short and long-term campaigns. Manages day-to-day account activities, provide routine reporting and lead client meetings: also works with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines, budgets and client expectations.

In the past he developed and executed marketing strategies to import, wholesale and distribute more than 100 brands of ethnic foods and beverages for EMD SALES Inc; he developed and managed promotional budgets for a $37 Million business operations in the Mid Atlantic region of US.

Also he worked for more than 8 years for the largest Food and Beverages Company in Venezuela: EMPRESAS POLAR. There, he managed and executed successful business plans and marketing plans for some of the leader beverage brands in Venezuela, implementing mass media allocations: advertisement, TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, and billboards; sponsorships for sports teams, brand ambassadors and influencers; massive events production, promotions, product innovation and product launch. With his experience he also was in charge of the international marketing in the Caribbean, negotiating and maintaining business relationships with distributors assuring the distribution and the market share of the brands he managed.

Mr. Molina holds a B.S in Public Accounting, a Masters degree in Marketing Management, a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) and two Graduate Certificates in International Business Management and Production management.
